Do you have the 'Refuse Null Senders' enabled in IMails SMTP Security? Try
disabling that, stop/start the SMTP service and test again.

I don't recognize that as an IMail message and wonder if you would include
more of the log so we can see then whole sequence. I also wonder if his
server is sending to the wrong place (DNS problem at his end)?

When I connect to howard-edwards.com, it does not look like (nor does it
respond like) IMail on port 25 (SMTP, did you change the SMTP banner??) ,
but does on port 110 (POP3). Do you have a firewall/proxy/virus scanner?
Those could also affect mail coming to you.

One of our clients cannot send mail to us he can receive no problem.

He gets following error message

553 Mail box not allowed

I couldn't find any reference in the KB

Our system is

Imail ver 6.02

running on Dell 2300 128mb of ram, 16 GB HD,

NT 4 sp6

Does any one have an idea how to resolve this issue?
