Correction, If  you have IMail Sever set up using the NT Database then you
can not change a users password from IMail Administrator.
But, if you go to a specific user and "do not" check user can not change
password check box and then have that user go into Web Messaging and select
change password option then it should work and stay. At least it worked for
me!
