Question/Problem: I always receiving the following error:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ... transport smtp: 550 Unable to relay for
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Answer/Solution: Chances are, you need to turn off the Microsoft SMTP server
in IIS.

Then stop and restart IMail's SMTP service.
