ETRN has nothing to do with the mail server. It is all done with DNS. The
server that is to dial in to retrieve mail must have a static IP address.
You simply add this to your host file  ie... 205.205.205.12    domain.com
You will also need the MX record of the domain to point to their machine
first then your machine. An A record is needed to associate the name with
the IP address. Although this is really done in the host file.
