Thanks for your quick response  :-)  I like the fact that we can create an
account within User Manager and IMail automatically creates the e-mail
account...that's why I really didn't want to do Peer Servers.  I also don't
really need it since one of these machines is powerful enough (in fact an
overkill) for IMail anyway  :-)

Sure. If you have two Imail machines, have them be secondary MX for the
other, in the domains hosted on each one.

No need to get into peering, just do it with MX records.
