Does anyone use SQL server (on a separate machine from imail) not on a
domain. I'm kind of stuck on this...

One more thing... because our dbase machine is not on a
domain I have the
SQL server starting and running as a system account (as
opposed to a service
account that we normally create in the domain for it to run
as).

BTW the 2 machines are not on a domain...
(do they need to
be?).

Do all the Imail services
have to run as
such? Currently the
Database is
entered with sa and blank
password... do I
simply create an
account called
sa on the local box to
imail? And then later
specify
whatever user and
password I give to access
the db?

Yes, you'll
have to change
so that Imail
Services will run
under an account
which has
administrative
rights. For
testing, user
administrator account .
