Are there any issues to watch for when patching from 6.02 to 6.03? Should I stop all services beforehand? Any compelling reasons to patch in the first place? Thanks for any help--it's appreciated. --------------------------- Brent, Are you running IMail v6.03? If not, do the upgrade. Did you come to v6 from IMail v5? If so, look for any *.par files in your IMail directory tree, and delete them. Also make sure your templates are in the default location of IMail\Web\. Finally, make sure you didn't open and then re-save any of the templates using a WYSIWIG editor like FrontPage, which munges IMail templates beyond recognition.
