The only main difference in 4.31 from 4.3 is the repair of that pesky
refresh issue in the personality/mailbox window (on the left side of the
screen - when the whole box turns gray). If that hasn't bothered you, don't
worry about the update. If you care to update it, it's available under
download -- they call it 4.3 until you actually hit download, as I recall,
then it's name something like e4xto43Updater.exe.
