Go to Start Menu -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Services
Scroll down to the service named "Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP)",
and double-click it.
Change "Startup Type" to "Disabled", and click the "Stop" button.
If I'm right, that should fix it.
FYI, the A record for your DNS points to two IP addresses, 63.197.30.242 and
192.168.0.1. 192.168.0.1 isn't listening on the SMTP port (is it a
different computer?).
