had a
problem like this just a couple of weeks ago on a 6.03
server...
take a
look at the IP address used for the for the DNS servers used (look in the
control_panel -> imail)
make
sure these are valid and active servers. If there are multiple listed try
removing all but one. You may
also
require a reboot.
my
understanding of this is that if the DNS server specified by the Imail server is
not working then it will
default to the stack DNS ARP which only returns the A
record (or in your case the website).
