VNC does have some registry entries for restricting by host.
I am experimenting with them right now.

The only protecting is password protection really. Although we also lock NT
so you have to figure out two passwords to actually get onto the system. We
also change the password on a regular basis, but other than that, not much
you can do until you can afford to have the server in your own location.
