The consensus is that all those relay radiio buttons don't mean much except 
for this one:

controlpanel:smptsecurity:relayingoptions:relay for addresses (enter your 
"trusted" ip's and subnets)

Then to the right of that you have the column of check boxes, where the 
critical one is "disable SMTP AUTH reporting", it should be UNchecked (ie, 
ENable SMTP AUTH).  This means your dial-up clients on any ip address other 
than yours MUST use SMTP AUTH in their mail client programs to send SMTP 
mail to your Imail.

The other check boxes in that column, you can play with, but above are the 
key items for stopping relaying.
