Please locate the entire session in the imail log and paste it here.

from RFC 821:

"354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>"

354 is not an error response code, it's just saying "ok, give it to me, and 
end with "<CRLF>.<CRLF>" when it's over"

Sounds like the other server is screwed up, really.  need your log
