the users in regards to viewing them within the IMail Administrator, but it
does create a mailbox for them within their users folder and they can see it
via Web Messaging, but not within their e-mail clients.

Your trying to accomplish the same thing I am, so I can't answer your
question on whether this is possible or not  :-(

Every user that had the rule triggered now has a mail box named filtered on
our system.
Fortunately I caught it within a couple of minutes.

My question is this..
Are the global filters supposed to create a new mail box for each user
account?
I would much rather have filtered mail go to a different user account e.g.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Is this possible?

I'm having the same problem...they don't go to the mailbox I designated when
accessing it via an e-mail client like Outlook Express in my case but when I
go to my mailbox via Web Messaging it's in there.

I setup a global rule not a rule directly on my username within IMail
Administrator...I'm wondering why it's putting it in my mailbox...go figure?

I just setup some new filters for the i love u virus. in testing none of my
filtered messages are going to the filtered mailbox i created for them. they
are not getting delivered at all..

Help...
