I figured out the filename= part by looking at a mailbox file, checking how
an attachmant was distinguished from the rest of the message.

In the meantime, I see that this list didn't  filter my messages. I was
unpatient enough to wait less than 1 hour for my mail to appear on the list
before trying again...
