If you still have the original e-mail you can paste it into SpamCop's parser
and they will analyze the e-mail and send canned responses to all
responsible parties:

It's free as long as you don't care about the nag screen. When you give them
an e-mail address to send reports from they send you an e-mail with the
proper URL to use when submitting your reports.
I send reports to PSI.net about 2 times per day. They must know me pretty
well.
