[IMail Forum] Queue timer setting in 6.03?

On both of our test systems with 6.03 - we can't get the system to use
anything other than the default (30 minutes) Queue Timer setting. 

Display shows value we set, but queue still runs every 30 minutes,
ignoring our setting. 

Has anyone else seen this?
