[IMail Forum] not stopping mail from unathourized places

i have setup the kill file to stop mail from globalads.net
i put in
.globalads.net
@globalads.net

i put in the access control the ip
but mail is still coming in
why ?
i stopped and restarted the securtiy service.

any idea.
