Alright,
Rodopi sent me their .sql file created to work with
the default odbc stuff that comes with IMail. But, it doesn't want to fly. Has
anyone used the IMAILSECDB with the ODBCUSER.dll with IpswitchEmail.sql
file from Rodopi successfully?
Here's the steps I've taken so far:
1)created a System DSN called
IMAILSECDB
a)this points to our sql
server
b)the login id and password are
correct
c)the Default database is
AbacBill
2)The Imail configuration of external
database
a)external implementation DLL
is: D:\Imail\ODBCUSER.DLL
b)System DSN is
IMAILSECDB
c)table name is IpswitchEmail
(the sql view that Rodopi sent me)
Anyone see something I am not?

I don't want to go that route yet, but if this sql view isn't going to work, I
guess I will.
