We have regularly seen Imail filters malfunction for months now even
on identical spam messages. In this case the message is identical but
is or is not filtered. We check our filters for such simple things
as a specific phone number in the body for example, and sometimes
even these specific filters 'give up' every so often. the majority
of messages are filtered, but some almost always make it through.
These filters are not 100% reliable. We don't know why they fail, but
I see messages on this forum showing intermittent failure, like this,
regularly and we see these filters fail every day.
