When I attempt to add an MX record, NT says "DNS name is already in use as
an alias (cname)". Based on your dig, it appears that unibex.com is the
authority for the domain.

The MX record is forcibly in the zone file of the domain.com on the DNS
that is authoritative for domain.com.
