Oblio,
If you are running IMail V5.0x, there are *.par files in the \imail\web
directory, that the system uses to 'speed up' operations. If you delete
these files, they will be recreated, and that should help with you seeing
your updated pages.
We do have an FTP site and it may contain what you are looking for about the
tags. ftp.ipswitch.com\ipswitch\product_support\imail, is the place to start
looking.
