Yup.
Advice:
Make sure EVERYTHING is closed when you do the upgrade. Especially the
control panel. I'd stop the services yourself, just to make sure they kill
properly before the files get overwritten. Also back up any special mods
you've made to your web interface. I'd also do a backup of the registry, as
well as the entire imail directory, if this is possible. Leave yourself
plenty of time, and don't rule out the possibility of having to fall back
to the old version again.
Also don't rely on smtp auth .. plenty of people whining about that these
days .. :)
