On a mailing list I'm on, a user is using kmail to read messages. A user on
this list is posting from Web Messaging without putting CRLFs at the end of
each line. Kmail displays the paragraphs as one continuous line. Some people
think the sending program should adjust the lines so the reader gets
formatted text. I thought I read an RFC somewhere that it is the
responsibility of the client to handle word wrap so it adjusts to window
size. Is this true? If so what RFC is it?
