Steven,
Actually, the default settings for Digest have the 'Strip non-text
attachments' enabled and if that is not what you want, you should uncheck
that box and Apply the change. True, this can cause the digest mailing to
become large and some Servers and their accounts may limit the size of any
message it gets, so it is possible that delivery may not complete until the
List makes all its attempts.
