Besides Len's comments, another possibility is that your new MX record
hasn't propogated to the DNS servers of the sending mail server's domain.
Try DIG or an NSLOOKUP on the sending DNS servers, and see what the MX
records for *your* domain are currently set to.

I ran into this problem with IPSwitch's DNS servers when testing to their
auto-responder address.
