MX records can only be a canonical, FQHN, fully qualified host name, NOT an 
ip address.

     not running, or it is currently unreachable.

o The MX record "kellyford.com." should refer to a host name, not an
   IP address

     record "kellyford.com." refers to the IP address 207.168.201.15

     There is no PTR record available for the host
     "www.kellyford.com." which has the IP address 207.168.201.165.
