Problem:
Due to our project environment, we need to hide specific header
information
to the outside world.
We do have the following constellation:
Part 1: Mail from MUA e.g. Outlook Express or created by program
Part 2: Internal Mailserver ( Microsoft SMTP Server Windows 2000 )
for delivering mail to specific mailgateway
Part 3: The external official Mailgateway ( !!!IPSWITCH Mailserver 6.0
!!!).
When I know send an email e.g. to my home account, unfortunately I see
all internal mail hops in the mail header :-( .
But we need to hide this information urgently !!!
The only header we wonna see is the offical mailheader which is created
by the
IPSWITCH Mailserver 6.0 !!!
I know how to handle this somehow with sendmail :-) and
BTW I don't find any information to handle this with this Microsoft SMTP
Server W2k :-(
But can I get rid of this information with this high end IPSWITCH Mail
Server ????
Is this possible ???
Any hints or help gladly appreciated.
