[IMail Forum] problem after deleting messages

hi all,

I have a problem, I deleted the old messages of all the users of my
domain before a certain date, after that the users are getting all the
messages left in thier mailboxes again, when I logged to thier mailboxes

using the web messaging I see the old messages in bold meaning they are
marked as new, how can I solve this.
