[IMail Forum] Ticket tracking system.

Hi All
i am using Imail 5.04 .

i am looking for a customer support tracking system, in which when a
customer emails for some support a Ticket number is issued automatically and
we can manage these tickets.

is anybody out there doing something in this regard ??
