Sure, just use ASPexec.dll from http://www.serverobjects.com to call your
IMail1.exe command-line utility. If you don't want to do the integration
work yourself (maybe 4-5 hours if you know what you're doing), you can buy
our open-source EZSignUp utility (which sends a welcome email to the new
user and a notification email to the admin) for $49 and see how we do it
with ASP.
