What E-mail clients are they using? If you sent it by Outlook, Outlook composed the
message and the MIME headers. If the mail just went through IMail (and you weren't
dealing with de-MIMEing the attachments with web messaging), the MIME headers and
attachments should arrive at the client exactly as they were sent. You might want to
try using a different SMTP server, and see if you get the same results.

I tried to send email to couple persons with a small attachment by outlook. But only
one person received the email with attactment and others just received my email
without attachment.
