We've got a product called AnswerTrack that is 3-5 weeks from beta. Written
in Delphi, it will run as an NT service, integrate with IMail, handle
serious volume (because we're not using POP to get the messages), issue
ticket numbers, track tech response times, allow customers to securely score
the interaction, and generate nice admin reports that summarize all the data
and rank techs by their performance stats. And unlike most email tracking
systems out there, it will be affordable. And resellable to your clients.
