We are having problems with users that send thousands of emails.
Some are spam, some are not
I am trying to find out a way to stop it. Because they are using mailers,
not CC nor BCC, the registry key that allows only xx number of mails per
recipients is not valid.
Is there another way to allow only dozens/hundred of emails per connection ?
The mail server is getting really busy trying to deliver thousands of emails
at a time.
