imo, mail bandwidth usage is SMTP traffic, not POP3 traffic(I can't see
billing people the SMTP traffic in/out of my server AND dinging them for
reading the mail with POP3), that's why I did the
http://IMDeliver.MEIway.com project, to extract SMTP delivery volumes from
the Imail log files to text files for importing into database programs to
do reporting by domain, by user, by in/out, by time.
For ftp, any decent ftp server does full logging of all up/downloads, so
again it's just extracting the data from the ftp logs.
