AOL users have this problem when using the integrated browser in AOL (4.0 version for sure - not sure on 5.0) - the integrated browser simply is not compatible.  We advise these customers to start a session using the independent IE browser usually found on their desktop.     Randy Armbrecht Global Web Solutions, Inc. They put in there user name and password and it just refreshes the screen. Even checked the ignore source ip address.
