In theory, this should work. If we assume that only one host will
have any particular users mailbox open (the one they connect to and
STAY connected to!), there should not be any read/write problems. So
as long as each server has full access to the files for that user
and you can assure that the user stays connected to the same box for
his full session (until logged out), I'd say you have a pretty good
chance of making this work.
