Limit your banners to 470 pixels wide and no more than 85 pixels high or so
 
Judging by the size of the font in your message, I'd say that the problem you're facing is likely a display issue.  Looks small in a graphics editor, but HUGE on a web page.
 
Anyways, if you start with a box the size you want, then fit the content to that box, you'll end up with a respecable banner.

I wish to ask an question about advertising , that is when I insert a banner it occupies all the top of the page and so my banner appear  small in compare with the whole page.
My question is how to do that and banner just take only its area?!
