Patrick, It would be hard to say much about the install, but if one used all the defaults when it was run, things should be OK. Only other way to tell is to start checking the TCPIP settings, IMail config for Primary IP and such. I have a worksheet (at work, I'm home now!) that you could fill out and send to Support. The only other option, is as someone else said, look at the hair color of the users (expand the Users folder so you see all the names). Black is non-admin. Other colors indicate either Host or System Admin.
