Sounds like what happened to one of our servers. The remote screen doesn't refresh
properly, but the console at the host shows the remote is doing fine, i.e. it's just a
display problem. Of course, it makes it really hard to use! A reinstall didn't fix it.
If you find a solution, please share. We're using VNC to control this particular
server, but support on the main app it runs requires pcA, so we're still trying for a
fix.
