It sounds like you're trying to send a page by dialing your cell phone
number? To get a message to your cell phone, you will probably need to send
an E-mail to it. Or, if it has a number you can call to leave a numeric
page, you can have IMail call that number (which will not cause your phone
to ring as if a call was coming it, it should beep as if a page was coming
in).
