[IMail Forum] what does this mean?

Can anyone tell me what this means?

07:07 08:57 SMTP-(0000012A) 250 Sender <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Ok
07:07 08:57 SMTP-(0000012A) >RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
07:07 08:57 SMTP-(0000012A) 550 you are not allowed to send mail to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
07:07 08:57 SMTP-(0000012A) >QUIT

I can send them email directly but, when I let the web server try. I get
this error.
Any solutions?

Is the 550 on my side or the other mail server?
