Len will probably give you a much more thorough answer, but the the problem does
appear to be on your end. Connecting to either of your name servers
(ns1.cyberlink.com and ns2.cyberlink.com) show non-authoritative answers. It's fine
to get a non-authoritative answer from other DNS servers (such as ours here); it just
means that the other DNS servers might have a cached answer. But, yours can't do
that. You need to figure out why your DNS servers are not sending authoritative
results.

I have a customer who can not send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have tried
everything that I can think of to find an error on my end but cannot - the
Admin on the other end is no help. Below are some of the tests that I have
run and Imail logs, to try to prove that the problem is not on my end, as
well as a response from there admin. I was under the impression that a
Non-authoritative answer meant that the lookup came from the Name Server's
Cache - not some evil word and all mail should be blocked. I have been
working on this on and off for about a week and a half. Could someone help
me out?

Non-authoritative answer:

This is the response that I get from there Admin?

That is all I can assume the problem
is. We have strict anti-spam policies in place, and if your domain does not
authoritatively resolve, I doubt our mailserver will accept mail from it. I
have verified the domain lookup from off our local site here (from 3
external sources actually) and it seems that cyberlink.com does not
authoritatively resolve from any lookup. It may well resolve during a
nslookup/dig session, but unless it does so authoritatively, there is
nothing I can do. I can not revoke the strict policies we have regarding
mail from non-authoritative hosts.

But here is an NS Lookup session from there
server???????????????????????????????/
