Could anyone tell me if it's possible to pass the username and password to
the Imail Login screen from a form filled in on our Webserver?
Here's the scenario:
Win NT 4. SP6a.
MS IIS V4
Imail 6.03
(All the above run on the same box)
What we would like to be able to do is for users to fill in a form, hosted
by IIS. This would give us their usernames and passwords. We could then
perform other functions using this data. (We have a database with
usernames identical to those in Imail).
After we have performed these functions we would like to be able to pass
the username and password to the Imail login screen (and submit it if
possible). This would prevent the user having to enter their username and
password twice.
It would be very useful for me to be able to do this.
Any ideas or solutions would be very welcome.
