If qmail runs on a different server machine than imail, there is no problem.
You simply need to adjust your dns MX settings to have the mails delivered
to the correct box.
What's the purpose of the second mail server? Do you want load sharing?
Virus Scanning? Content Screening? Firewalling? Anything else?
Most of these issues have been solved before by contributors on this list.

Thanks Marius, If I put Qmail on a different server (1) do I still have to
change the port settings of one of them? (2) Do I have to setup any DNS
records to reflect any new mail servers?
TIA
