The server is answering the IP address.  The domain name, however, does not exist.  
The company that supplied the domain (Network Solutions, etc.) needs to make sure that 
the root servers get the list of nameservers for the domain.

One other thing though, were the chacks name or IP based?

Customer is having delivery problems.
