Spool directory only had log files.
No mail loops detected.
No aliased over 50.

Any other ideas ?

The first thing to do is to check your spool directory, and see if there are a lot of
files there (hundreds). If so, you need to
look at the files and find out why (old log files are fine).

Crashes usually seem to be related to a couple of similar problems: Mail loops
(E-mail being forwarded to another account that gets
forwarded back to IMail), spam, or aliases with more than 50 names.
