We had a problem where some users were getting missing graphics, typically one graphic
on each page (one of the envelope icons, or one of the buttons). I just moved the
graphics to another server running IIS, figuring that the IMail server doesn't need to
be bothered by the graphics (and, it makes looking at the web logs a lot nicer). All
the graphics would show up all the time after that.

When some of our users login to view their mail some get the buttons down
the left side of the screen and others get the missing graphic indication.
The buttons I am talking about are Logoff, Compose, etc. We recently added
this new user and happened to notice when they logged in to the webpage, the
buttons did not show up. If I login as myself, with host admin and imail
admin priveledges, the buttons show up. I tried temporarily giving this
user host admin and imail admin and the buttons still did not show up. I
modified the menu.html page and put ..\ in front of the button.gif image
tags and the buttons showed up for either the new user or myself. When I
clicked on the compose button though, the buttons did not show up since the
cgi script newmsg.cgi generated the page. I was not able to find newmsg.cgi
in the imail subdirectory tree. We are running Imail 6.0.2.362.

Any help on figuring this out would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
