What are the files?  If there are no .MBX files in the directory, there are no 
mailboxes.  There are a number of non-mailbox files that can be in the directory 
(although not taking up 26 megs!), such as forward.ima.  Go to the actual directory on 
the machine (C:\IMAIL\USERS\USERNAME) and see what files are in there.

Is the user able to get mail from the web, or a POP3 client?

When I veiw mailbox in Imail Admin: Total Msgs: 0 Files:6 The Total size is
26 megs and file are listed in the box. When I use the Imail Client it
doesn't show any mail in the mailbox.
