We had one instance where the web messaging crashed a couple of times within a few
days. I traced it back to a user that had a corrupted E-mail in their inbox. When
the user would read the E-mail, it would give the standard error message ("Unable to
view this message" or whatever). But, the user enabled the preview pane, and then
whenever that message was displayed, web messaging would crash. Deleting the E-mail
fixed the problem.
I'm guessing any kind of crash in web messaging would cause the same thing.

Do you use the original IMail templates? I have seen random crashes
when using modified templates. Maybe you have misspelled some fields.
When IMail tries to read them, it crashes.
You should buy Mediahouse Enterprise Monitor or something similar
to prevent long downtime. This software will restart the web service
if needed after a few minutes.

Maybe, yes... 256k... Your PC should have at least 1 Meg to run
properly. :)
